So you need a little advice about buying property, but without committing to full buyers agent fees. Maybe it’s a new family home or your forever home? Whether you’re buying your first home, upsizing or downsizing, relocating or investing, buying a new house is a big decision.
The path to buying property can be full of potholes and traditional real estate agents often cause buyers more stress at an already stressful time. Property lingo, due diligence checks, building reports, talks of zoning and comps can be overwhelming to the inexperienced.
Buying property with confidence
If you’re a first-home buyer or first-time property investor, giving our real estate advice service a try for a month is a practical way to get professional support without the pressure of traditional buyers agent fees, so you can move forward with confidence.
Our Buyer’s Agents are on call to help translate the guff and make sure you get the house that’s right for you.
Real answers. Local insights. Zero fluff.
Think of us as a friend you can call… who also happens to be an expert in buying property.
Ok, so what is a Buyer’s Agent?
A Buyer’s Agent is a real estate professional and an advocate for the buyer on their journey to buying a new house, from property searches to purchase and every step in between. They are licensed and fully qualified to work with the buyer to secure the best deal.
Traditional Buyer’s Agents or Buyer’s Advocates do all the work on behalf of the buyer. They set the groundwork, they do all the legwork, they fill in all the paperwork. They research, inspect, negotiate and facilitate. Their clients are often out of the state or even out of the country at the time, sometimes never setting foot on the property before the sale.
This is the role of a full service Buyer’s Agent.
But the team behind Buyer’s Agent Hotline thought it was time to shake up the property industry. They understood there are buyers out there who are just looking for a little guidance along the way. Maybe it’s a quick question, a random query, or a second opinion.
Not every buyer needs a full-service commitment or a full buyers agent fee. Just to access expert guidance.
Our Buyer’s Agents will answer your questions and guide you in the right direction. We’re available to chat on the phone or via email if that’s preferable. While we won’t search for properties or go to inspections/actions, we also won’t charge you full service Buyer’s Agent fees (which can be $12K+ or 2% of the purchase price).
